FlexAir™ is a new easily adaptable duct system, perfect for maximizing airflow, circulation and distribution to enhance delivery of quality products. In a properly loaded trailer, that means no hot spots and no top freezing. Perfectly conditioned air is delivered through a large 180 sq. in. opening to provide restriction free airflow from the evaporator. Recent system testing indicates FlexAir's airflow pattern reaches virtually every cubic foot of space in the trailer. And, while the FlexAir™ duct system is significantly more efficient than no ducting at all, it is also far more advanced than other systems that can only do part of the circulation task.
In designing FlexAir™, consideration was given to all aspects of duct systems including application to any trailer, ease of installation and ease of access for repair or replacement. The modular panels include an end unit, center sections and a tapered transition piece which connects ducting to evaporator. They are constructed of high density polyethylene, approved by the FDA for contact with food products.
